Modular driver’s cab for the EP20 electric locomotive

The cab is designed as a self-contained module. Once equipped, it can be installed on the locomotive as a complete unit and removed for maintenance when required. Quick-release interfaces connect the module to the locomotive body.

The design combines safety and ergonomics with ease of installation and maintenance. It takes account of relevant European requirements and the regulations of the country of operation.

Modular control desk

The control desk is supplied as a pre-assembled module with electrical wiring and installed components. Its enclosure is made of GRP using a flame-retardant resin system and is designed to withstand the mechanical loads encountered in service. Removable bolted connections simplify installation.
